STEP
1 in getting you
pre-approved to buy a home is to find out your three FICO scores
and to check your credit report. To do this, there is a
nominal fee of $25 and you will be provided a copy of your
lender credit report along with your three FICO scores after we
pull and review it.
STEP 2
is to download the Uniform Residential Loan Application which
will be provided after you fill out the form below. Once
completed, fax the application back to us at (312) 896-3795 so
that we can obtain all of the information necessary to work to
begin the pre-approval process with our lender.
